Access
Paid access is a one-time purchase for the exam(s) you buy, for 12 months from the date access starts. It is personal and may not be shared. Firm seats are per candidate.
Access extension
If your 12-month access ends before you have passed the exam you bought it for, email us from your account address with your most recent official score report for that exam (or proof of a scheduled exam appointment). We will extend your access free, in 6-month increments, until you pass. There is no limit on the number of extensions while you are actively attempting the exam. Extensions cover the same exam only.
This is not a refund or pass guarantee. We do not refund purchases on the basis of exam results and we do not promise that you will pass.
